First Time Attending Malaysia's Go Green Program with SASET

So like a few months ago, I attended an event called SASET Pahang; Go Green Program with colleagues from my campus, LimKokWing University. It was my first experience attending a national event in Malaysia and the location of the event is pretty far from the place, where I stay in Malaysia. It took 4 - 5 hours to reach the location aka Pahang from Cyberjaya.

Well, this event is sponsored by SASET or Sultan Ahmad Shah Environment Trust collaboration with  Jabatan Perhutanan Negeri Pahang and also Ministry of Youth and Sports, Malaysia.
As I said, It was my first experience and also my first time visited Pahang, Cameron Highlands to be clear. We plant 1500 kinds of plants there and as I've heard there were several types of plants such as Hopea Odorata/Merawan Siput Jantan, Borneo Kauri/Damar Minyak, Merbau, and etc.

When I arrived there with my university entourage, we immediately found a freight truck that would transport us to the event. Take a freight truck as transportation isn't a good idea and It's annoying. But it pays off by the beautiful scene of Cameron Highlands.
The event was crowded because there were also some of the students with a uniform like Malaysia's national guiding organization or Pandu Putri and some of the local residents who live around the place.

What's in my opinion, this event is a good idea to empower the environment and makes a lot of benefits for the area. Besides being beneficial to the environment, this event also provides many benefits for students like me and colleagues because we have learned the basic specifications about the natural surroundings.
